1981: The birth of Heritage School Photos...

1981 was a big year for New Zealand. The Springbok Tour divided the country, Trever Chappell's underarm delivery shocked the nation and Heritage School Photos was born. Stephen Keegan saw the need for school photos to be not only high quality but also fun! So... off around the South Island he went with a big smile and his bag of tricks.
30 years, and millions of laughs later his desire to take the happiest, best value for money photos and to create lasting relationships with schools is still going strong!

 

Christchurch Earthquake Update

In 2011 we set up an initative to give away 3000 free class photos to schools in the hardest hit areas of Christchurch. The children have had to endure so much uncertainty over the last year. It is a strange thing indeed not being able to trust the ground you walk on!
We have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the kid's smiles and eyes light up when they learn we are giving them their photos for free.

 

We've got the South Island covered

We are regularly travelling around the South Island, so let us know what term you would prefer and we will work out a date that suits.

 

 

Hold on... You're 31 not 30. Huh?

Yip, we are technically 31 years young, but with all the earthquakes and disruptions last year we decided to delay the celebrations and fire up the flux capacitor.
